It’s all change at the top of the World Rankings. Canadian Mike ‘Klipper’ Klippenstein’s strong finish in the 2015 USA season, which saw him claim the P1 AquaX 300 class title, sees him replace Eric ‘The Eagle’ Francis in top spot, a position the Floridian had held for a record 20 months.
Aero Aswar’s outstanding performances in Daytona and Sarasota were not enough for him to hold on to 2nd place after his absence from the water in the second half of 2015.
Two UK riders now feature in the top 5, with Phil Pope’s consistency in the UK series moving him up to the No. 2 spot and Joe Harvey climbing two places to 5th following his 2nd place finish in Switzerland.
The rankings will be updated again in September.
