DESERT STORM USA

Powerboat P1 USA races into Lake Havasu, Arizona, this weekend with Director of North American Operations, Martin Sanborn, spreading the gospel at the Desert Storm Poker Run.

Sanborn joined the celebrations for the traditional street party in Havasu to launch the four-day high performance powerboat festival, widely regarded as the best on the United States of America's west coast. The parade of powerboats, each standing two-by-two, stretched an astonishing two miles long.

Spectator boats well into their thousands and close to 200 of the highest profile performance powerboats will entertain in excess of 75,000 fans, most of whom can't wait to see how Powerboat P1 integrates its exciting new model into the existing APBA UIM powerboat racing circuit.

Sanborn said: "The Desert Storm Poker Run is one of the best on the international racing circuit and presents an umissable opportunity to raise awareness of what Powerboat P1 is trying to do in the USA.
