Hammamet harbour in Tunisia plays host to the Powerboat P1 championship this weekend
Well, it’s another beautiful day in Hammamet, and there’s a palpable air of excitement as the teams prepare to contest the Tunisian Grand Prix of the Sea. We had a fair few surprises in the PowerPole session to determine the running order for today’s races, with #69 Honeyparty.com once again proving their Evolution class speed, and #59 Saho pipping the current team to beat - #44 Conam Yachts - in SuperSport.
We’ve had another slight change to the schedule, so today’s SuperSport race gets underway at the slightly earlier time of 14:00pm local (13:00pm GMT), while the Evolution race gets started at 16:30pm local (15:30pm GMT).
