Ex Racer too hot for TV

Former SuperStock racer Vanessa Fuel and the Fuel Girls have been rated too hot for viewers of the hit TV show the X Factor.
The racer who battled crashing waves in the 2010 championship has left ITV bosses and Simon Cowell red-faced after they appeared on stage, breathing fire, dressed in the normal Fuel Girl attire as the chart-topping band The Wanted performed on Saturday nights show. The performance received over 3000 complaints to broadcasting watchdog OfCom as the performance was deemed too risqué for the pre 9pm watershed.
Many of the SuperStock racers will be all too familiar with the rock n roll antics of the Fuel Girls as they set pulses racing in the pits. Vanessa and her co-pilot Sam Britton competed in a black 300hp powerboat within the P1 SuperStock series – neither had a driving licence but they managed to impress fellow powerboaters as they battled through the UK championship with only four days of training showing that it’s an accessible sport for any budding racer.
