HESKETH POWERS AHEAD

Hesketh has announced that it will be sponsoring powerboat racing team Rough Cut Racing in this year's P1 SuperStock UK Championship.

This exciting new partnership will witness the rebirth of the Hesketh Racing name, not seen since the days of James Hunt at Watkins Glen in 1975.

Hesketh owner, Paul Sleeman said: "Ian Brusby of Rough Cut Racing is a sensational driver and I'm confident that the team will carry the newly relaunched Hesketh badge with style in the coming season and achieve success in this highly competitive series." 

The 2011 P1 SuperStock Championship will comprise five rounds and include races in Jersey, Plymouth and Liverpool.
