SPARKS DUO HELP RAISE THOUSANDS

The Flying Sparks team of Rob Booker and Martin Wild attracted some new fans at the children’s medical research charity’s annual golf event at Foxhills, in Surrey, yesterday.

The pilots attended the Jason Leonard Celebrity Golf Classic where a host of celebrities, including former Aston Villa Football Club manager, Martin O’Neill, Phil Daniels of Eastenders and ‘Parklife’ fame, and ex-Powerboat P1 World Championship TV presenter, Tiff Needell, raised £22,000 for Sparks.

Flying Sparks’ white and purple racing machine was positioned at the first tee for photographs and was later auctioned off as a prize during the evening’s entertainment at the prestigious hotel and resort on the outskirts of London.
