SUPERSTOCK SUCESS AT RYA AWARDS
It was all silverware and smiley faces for a number of P1 SuperStock pilots at last weekend’s Annual RYA Powerboat Racing Awards Ceremony in Bournemouth. With over 800 people racing in various disciplines of UK powerboating, it was a great honour for several SuperStock teams to be nominated and then be at the receiving end of the awards.
John Wilson & Neil Scarborough took the 2010 National Offshore P1 SuperStock 150 Championship title - A great accolade for the team and a great start to 2011. I’m sure they’ll be looking to be receiving an award at next year’s dinner after racing this season in the new P1-28SS

Rose Lores, the pilot of Team Eclipse, received the 2010 National P1 SuperStock 150 Record for achieving 52.95mph in her distinguished orange and blue Cougar.

But it was Roughcut Racing, Ian Brusby & Andy Wilby, who picked up the Ann Robinson Award for Most Successful Newcomer. This was not only great for the team after all their hard work and dedication, but also fantastic recognition for all the teams who raced along-side Ian and Andy in the P1 SuperStock Series of 2010.
