TEAM FOX DEVELOP NAVIGATOR STABILITY
In down time between races the teams are often found hard at work developing and refining ways to make them quicker out on the water. In the 150 class, Team Fox, one of the front runners found that its navigator, Gideon Du Val, needed some extra support as the boat hit the rough stuff.
Other teams have opted to keep the navigator in their seat by providing a number of strategic grab handles. Team Fox has gone with a controversial method that I'm sure will be flagged by the pre-race safety bods before Pwllheli.
However, we think it rocks and want to know how long it took Gideon to get himself free.
