Your use of the Website indicates your unconditional agreement that you accept the

official Powerboat P1 World Championship website at www.powerboatp1.com (the "Website")
for your own personal use and enjoyment only and solely on the following basis:
(a): no documents, images, footage or related graphics on the Website
are modified in any way;
(b): no images, footage or other graphics on the Website are used
separately from the corresponding text; and
(c): the copyright and trade mark notices of KBL Powerboat Management
Limited (the "Company") and/or its licensors and this permission notice
appear in all copies.
1.3: Unless otherwise expressly stated, the copyright and other
intellectual property rights in all material on the Website (including without limitation
photographs, footage and graphical images) are owned by or licensed to the Company
or its licensors. For the purposes of these Term, any use of extracts from the Website
other than in accordance with clause 1.2 for any purpose whatsoever (including any
commercial or business purpose) is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing
by the Company. If you breach any of the Terms, your permission to use the Website
automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any printed or downloaded
extracts from the Website.
1.4: Subject to clause 1.2, no part of the Website may be reproduced
or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval
system or service without the Company's prior written permission.
